I was granted a protective order against my child’s father in Maryland. I do not feel threatened or scared for my life and would like to dismiss the order, how do I go about this?

You can file a Line asking the Petition to be dismissed or just not show up for the final protective order hearing.
If the final protective order has already been granted and you need to file a petition to rescind a protective order, there will be a brief hearing with the Court asking if you feel safe.
