SANDRA M. HOLT ESQ.
ATTORNEY SANDRA M. HOLT
Currently, Ms. Holt primarily focuses her practice on Will and Estate Law. She understands that having an ironclad Will that exactly expresses your wishes is one of the most important documents you can have to protect your family. She takes the responsibility of expressing those wishes while conforming to Maryland law seriously and strives to make sure her clients are left with a written legacy they are happy with. Ms. Holt has experience in many areas of law including foreclosure prevention, contract disputes, municipal and administrative law, landlord/tenant disputes, criminal law, and domestic law.
Prior to joining Mulinazzi Law Office, Ms. Holt worked as a criminal defense attorney at a Maryland firm. She also served as in-house corporate counsel where she drafted municipal ordinances and state house bills at a medium sized Maryland corporation. In 2006 she was appointed by County Executive Ken Ulman to serve as a Commissioner on the Human Rights Commission for Howard County. She is an accomplished legal researcher and writer, serving as the Berman Research Fellow for the Environmental Law Department at the University of Maryland School of Law and a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Gerald P. Federoff, New Orleans, LA. Ms. Holt’s case load always includes low income clients and she is a frequent and dedicated volunteer to unrepresented and low income clients in both landlord/tenant disputes and also Will and Estate issues.
