Sandra M. Holt Esq.
Ms. Holt has experience in many areas of law including foreclosure prevention, contract disputes, municipal and administrative law, and domestic law.
Experience: Ms. Holt currently focuses her practice on foreclosure law and helping homeowners retain their homes through negotiating loan modifications, post sale home retention efforts, and cash for keys settlements.
Prior to joining Mulinazzi Law Office, she served as in-house corporate counsel where she drafted municipal ordinances and state house bills. In 2006 she was appointed by County Executive Ken Ulman to serve as a Commissioner on the Human Rights Commission for Howard County. She is an accomplished legal researcher and writer, serving as the Berman Research Fellow for the Environmental Law Department at the University of Maryland School of Law and a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Gerald P. Federoff, New Orleans, LA.
