Michelle Dauksha, Esq.
Ms. Dauksha is an Associate with the Mulinazzi Law Office (MLO) where she focuses on family and domestic law matters. Attorney Dauksha handles domestic violence matters, child custody and support matters, and complex discovery issues. She is already a very successful litigator and she has won many positive results for her clients. She is truly a rising star and a great addition to an already fantastic team at MLO.
Prior to joining the Mulinazzi Law Office, Ms. Dauksha served as the judicial law clerk to the Honorable Timothy J. McCrone of the Circuit Court for Howard County. Ms. Dauksha graduated with Honors from the University of Baltimore, School of Law. She received her Bachelor’s Degree from Penn State University. While a student at the University of Baltimore, School of Law, Ms. Dauksha served as President of the University of Baltimore Students for Public Interest (UBSPI), an organization that funds grants for law students working for non-profit organizations to represent individuals that could not otherwise afford an attorney. Ms. Dauksha interned for Project HEAL (Health, Education, Advocacy, and Law), at Kennedy Krieger Institute and advocated on behalf of students at Individual Education Program (IEP) meetings. Ms. Dauksha also assisted with many protective order and complex custody matters during her time at HopeWorks of Howard County and at Women’s Law Center of Maryland. In her free time, she enjoys cooking and snowboarding.
